Real People Compete For A Major Cash Prize In Squid Game: The Challenge Trailer

tv

When watching Squid Game did you ever think, “I could win this?” Squid Game: The Challenge puts real people to the test in a brand new competition series. In an attempt to win 4.56 million dollars, 456 people compete in this reality competition series inspired by the hit series. Competitors balance their relationships and allies while attempting to selfishly win the game and claim the cash prize.

In the trailer, we see the return of games such as Red Light, Green Light, Squid Game, and the Sugar Honeycombs. With 456 competitors, this seems to be one of the largest reality competition series ever and features people of all different backgrounds. The new series takes inspiration from the viral hit, even down to the detail of uniforms and sets. The series isn’t life or death, like its fictional counterpart, but bares a life-changing prize that is the largest in reality television history.

Squid Game: The Challenge premieres on Netflix November 22.
